I really like the "look" of the film (soft and fluid) and I think it was
appro. In general, I thought the editing sequences flowed nicely. I liked
the dissolves, especially the dance sequence with the skirt twirling. I did
think the story line wasn't quite as clear as it could have been to me--even
though I knew what it was. I think it could have been flushed out a little
more--a little more lead-in/intro and before, or during the sequence before
the fantasy- theater scene. I realize how difficult it is to develop a
story line in a short film. I really liked the selection of camera
shots/angles, site locations (Bush St corner/ocean sunset, etc.. I loved
the choreography and the dancer's performance. I think you did an
outstanding job! I look forward to your future films.
