I'd Rather Be Right is a hit!!
The reviews are rolling in and the show is a hit:

Stephen Vendette and Christian Valo, as Phil and Peggy, both have charm and lovely voices to match. Thomas Dolan, Matt Kubicek, Nancy Dobbs Owen, and Tom Walz are the tuneful Cabinet members. Dolan doubles as a very funny "Mamma Mia!" Tony, Kubicek shows off a gorgeous tenor in his solo, "A Baby Bond For Baby" and flames with the best of them as the Federal Theatre director, Owen dances a lovely solo ballet over the post-intermission Entr'acte, and though twinkly-eyed Walz gets only one role, he is a welcome addition to any show.    Taken from the review by Steven Stanley

The show runs through June 1 at the Hudson Mainstage theater.  Check it out!

NEW REPRESENTATION:  I have secured dance representation with Amanda Rice at ACME Literary and Talent!!  I am very excited and impressed with Mandy as an agent and look forward to a long and successful partnership.

Shooting on the Heineken commercial went really well on Monday and I loved working in the beautiful Los Angeles Theater dancing with some wonderful friends!

I just booked a National Commercial for Heineken Beer.  I'm part of a corps of ballet dancers (a very small corps--we are booked as principals!!)  dancing Swan Lake.  Seriously.  I'm very excited!  My first National here in LA.  Finally!!  It's being directed by hot director Todd Haynes (I'm Not There Yet) and shoots sometime between the 17th and 25th of March.

I have been cast in "I'd Rather Be Right",  a zany 1939 Musical about a pair of lovers who dream FDR into existence to help them deal with their money woes and get married.  I play Frances Perkins, the first female cabinet member.  The show is dated, but we try to make it fun.  Opening April 24 and running for 6 weeks at the Hudson Theater in Hollywood.  Directed and choreographed by Will Mead with Musical Direction by Brian O'Halloran.

I just shot the new video for the hot SF band The Morning Benders:
http://www.themorningbenders.com/
I played (I kid you not!) a "smoking hot woman".  I think that my legs got more screen time than anything else, but it's all good.
I can now die happy.

I will be performing with Theater Bethune in the multi-media theater piece "Frost and Fire".
The show is based upon a short story by science fiction icon Ray Bradbury
(who will be there opening night!!). The dancing is kick-a**, with world champion
martial artists and a core of fierce ensemble dancers. And hello: RAY BRADBURY!!

Dobbs Owen, Jamie Glowacki and Lisa-Marie Newton, with Musical
